This image is a part of a concept which stems from a community participatory process for re-conceiving the role of the waterfront within the Lower Broadway neighborhood in Newark, NJ. This sketch shows a future scenario where a currently underutilized warehouse and distribution center on Passaic St. could be a vital commercial and agricultural hub within the community.
